On Call PC Repair, LLC (OCPCR) originated in June 2004 out of a recognized need to help individuals and businesses with computer issues. The concept was to help educate and guide those with limited knowledge and understanding of computers and their “quirks”. This has always been done with respect and by bringing the technical knowledge and language to a general level of understanding.
